A matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners in face-2-face talks. 20 minutes run fast but usually it is enough to build first connections, then the bell rings and the next talk starts.

Publish a business profile to showcase your needs
Create a strong profile which will raise your visibility to others on this platform. Make it clear and concise. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners and who you want to meet. A good profile will significantly generate more meetings. Don't forget your profile will be live and visible even after the event.

Send & receive meeting requests
Be active not reactive. Browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet at the event. Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted. Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically. TIP: Download the "b2match" mobile App (App Store) to manage your 1:1 meetings on your phone!
Everybody can send meeting requests to everyone
Incoming meeting requests have to be accepted by the recipients otherwise they can't be scheduled
Short before the event you will receive your meeting schedule by email.
A paper version may also be handed out at the registration desk.
Download the b2match mobile app to * get access to your meeting schedule on your mobile phone * get informed about last-minute changes (bookings, cancellations) * manage additional meetings on-site (send/receive/confirm requests)
Following the event
Following the event your local Enterprise Europe Network contact will be in touch for feedback on how your meetings went and any potential or actual collaborations as a result.
The brokerage event is free to attend and is funded by Scottish Enterprise and the European Commission but participation is eligible on the understanding that you will provide feedback on your meetings. If you form any partnerships as a result of our introduction, we will require details in order to report this as a success as part of our European project, which enables us to continue receiving our funding.
